Returns & Exchange Policy
Every product is handcrafted and made on an order basis. Each piece undergoes a careful quality check before dispatch.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products and to support our artisans, we do not offer cancellations or returns once an order has been placed.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged.
- The product received is incorrect.
- There is a size issue.
Exchange Request Timeline
You must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
Please email us with:
- Clear images of the product.
- Order details and issue description.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags intact. Once approved, the exchange process will begin.
Exchange Terms
- Exchanges are valid only for the same product/design.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Re-shipping of the exchanged product is handled by us.
- Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Custom-made products tailored to specific measurements are not eligible for exchange.
Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by external factors.
- Requests that do not meet the above conditions may be declined.
